Scott Schlegel

Scott Schlegel is a California native who received his undergraduate degree from San Diego State University and his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Scott’s entire career has been spent in San Diego focusing on defending those accused of a wide array of criminal charges from DUI, Petty Theft and Drug Cases, to Domestic Violence, Murder, Assault & Battery and Juvenile Crimes. Scott has been defending criminal cases in San Diego and throughout Southern California for 15 years in both State and Federal Court.

He has been recognized for his exceptional work in the area of criminal in many major publications and has been featured on several networks such as NBC, CNN, CBS, ABC, and Los Angeles Times.

Experienced, professional, and committed, Scott fights zealously in every criminal case to achieve the best possible result for his cients.

Niki Tran

Before joining the Law Offices of Scott M. Schlegel, Niki worked for the San Diego Public Defender’s Office, where she advocated on behalf of indigent clients facing criminal charges ranging from misdemeanor offenses to felony murder. Niki has been working with criminal defense firm since 2006.

With her background and experience in criminal law, Niki joined the Law Offices of Scott M. Schlegel, where she continued to apply her passion for defending those facing criminal charges. She is dedicated to aggressively defending her client’s rights and is an avid advocate for addressing and protecting the rights and interests of the criminally accused.
